The ReBuilder is approved as a covered item for Medicare and most private insurance plans. You wil receive a receipt for your ReBuilder that you can use when you self submit your claim

To self submit for Medicare, you should call them to find out which of the four regions you should submit your claim 1-800-Medicare (1-800-633-4227). Medicare will cover 80% of their maximum allowable and if you have a secondary insurance plan, they will usually cover 80% of the remaining balance. You should call your secondary insurance company to determine what your specific benefits are. For private insurance, you should call the number on the back of your card and ask what documentation they need for item # E0720 (TENS) and where to send in your claim. They may send you a claim specific for their company.

Medicare and Insurance companies do not allow for a return policy and will not accept returns. Your ReBuilder is, however, covered for 5 years for any defects in workmanship.
